From the outset Faux Conduit’s Estimating Department provides accurate and transparent costings for all projects from full design and build refits through to minor alterations. From the concept and estimating stage through to completion, we are in contact with the client through our experienced and competent project management team, who track every contract we undertake to completion.

Our site teams are hand picked skilled and competent trades people. Each team led by a site supervisor, who will stay on your contract from start to finish, and ensure your project is carried out in a safe and professional manner. Faux Conduit’s teams encompass all the necessary trades from joiners, ceiling fitters, floor layers, plumbers, decorators to electricians.

Faux Conduit is committed to an ongoing staff training policy, and is working towards an "Investors in People" accreditation.

Health and safety is of primary importance on the successful completion of all projects, regardless of size. All site operatives and managers are constantly trained to meet the appropriate standards and to ensure site working

practices are adhered to.
